Help Clinic: 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM

Tim Norris of National Real Estate Insurance will discuss the various coverages you need especially for those vacant properties and ones in rehab.

Main Meeting - 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Lisa Busher CPA will once again discuss how to deal with taxes and some new issues concerning 1099 forms for your contractors.

Young and successful investors of our group Jim and Anita Hsieh will discuss their investment experiences to help motivate those starting out.

Note : National speaker and author Alan Cowgill will be our guest on April 20th. Alan will review private lending and how to get that money for our investment needs.

STLREIA meets the 3rd Friday of every month (except December). We begin the evening at 6:30PM with a "Help Clinic" that includes advice on physical repair, marketing, and networking. At 7:30PM, we start the "Main Meeting" that includes key note speakers, including local and nationally known.
